Shop Connection

Requirements​

A connection to your shop is required as detailed in the Shop Integrations documentation. This connection enables us to retrieve order data necessary for our processing.

Service Desk Integration​

To deliver structured data to your service desk, we support the following integration methods:

  • Basic Authentication: Provide us with an account credential that we can use to authenticate via basic auth
  • API Token: Supply a bearer token that allows us to deliver data via secure HTTP requests
  • Webhook: Configure a webhook endpoint in your system to receive ticket data from our platform
