Model Context Protocol (MCP)

The Karla Model Context Protocol (MCP) server defines a set of tools that AI agents can use to interact with the Karla API, search our knowledge base (including documentation and support articles) and perform natural language queries through your data.

If you use AI-powered code editors like Cursor, workflow managers like N8N, or general-purpose tools like Claude Desktop, you can use the MCP server.

info

MCP is experimental, contact us for more information and early access.

Remote server

Karla hosts a Streamable HTTP MCP server that’s available at https://mcp.gokarla.io. The Karla MCP server uses the same authentication as the API (Basic authentication with a username and API key).
